They worked long grueling hours in loud factories with no AC, no electric lighting and were paid meager wages. Your ancestors lived through REAL epidemics, where tens of thousands died every week in the city where they lived. Yet if you are here reading this, your ancestors must have survived. I guess a warming planet won't kill you. Want proof? Arizona's rate of growth was 12% in the last decade. A state where summer temps hit 120 degrees! Oh cooler Wisconsin? 3.6%. Minnesota? 7.6%.
