Yes, with respect to conservatives who are anti Neocon, Anti Oligarchy, and anti Monopoly or Corporate Welfare Statism. A lot of things that contemporaries call conservative and liberal seem to change definition with the seasons.
I'm a moderate who was historically conservative, but regardless to any disagreements I may or may not have with issues on both "sides", yes, it is fair for the sake of argument to acknowledge there are different breeds and variations of both "conservatives" and "liberals"-some extinct.
I'm not trying to get on a high horse of arrogance, but I do get on a horse of frustration. Ron Paul talked about the difference between old school conservatives and NeoCons, Neocons ironically fusing with the modern left that also seems to have strayed away from the values of the old school hippie left.
I guess the best thing we can do is live our lives as ethically and honorably as possible, since the establishment is more fluid than the ocean, and just as tumultuous.
