Scar is the one overruling Congress. I'm just respecting what they said. There must be law and order, IG has committed no crime since his initial ban. Scar's reasoning is that he "not good for the stream", which is very subjective and biased in and of itself. And in regards to the alts, plenty of other people have alts. That's just selective prosecution.
