Still simple supply and demand! Demand is still outpacing supply. An unfinished sand crude pipeline would have done nothing for the REFINED fuel supply. They dont get it!
IF A FORMER "PRESIDENT" CUT OIL OUTPUT BY 9.7 MILLION BARRELS A DAY; AND THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE DRIVING TODAY THEN WHEN THE OPEC DEAL WAS SIGNED, THAT WOULD SURELY CAUSE GAS PRICES TO GO UP TODAY......
