I'm pretty sure many could tell you otherwise. You assume everyone has access to employment in an at-will employment society, and a society that allows homelessness. Stop being so egocentric and listen to people instead of capitalists.

Jesus dude. You sound like you’re 18 years old. Homelessness is broken down into three categories: people down on their luck, lazy people and the mentally ill. The people down on their luck will work hard and make it out. The other two cannot be saved or helped.

It sure does and most homeless people choose to stay homeless when offered help. They’d rather beg, steal and stay addicted to drugs than work.
