However -- I don't think I can trust the World Socialist Website on this. They're reporting things at 3rd hand, and their standards of evidence don't look great. If you read down the article, the evidence that they seem to offer is that the Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman said there were and that Undersecretary Nuland didn't deny that Ukraine does in fact have biological labs (note that she specifically does NOT say weapons).
