The Keystone Pipeline was never even operational, as it was to be built to transport oil from Canada to the Gulf Coast to be shipped to China but hasn't been yet. Most of the projected workers were to be in Canada, with a mere 1000 mostly construction temps in the US.

Trump got us buying Russian oil to make up for cutting off buying Venezuelan oil, and we've been buying Arab oil since it was discovered there how many decades ago already?

Oh, and Russia's invasion of Ukraine wasn't drawn up and prepped for starting 6 months ago thanks to an agreement Traitor Trump made with the Taliban terrorists our soldiers have been fighting there for 20yrs.
