First of all, the US was invaded. Second, it was to force the Japanese to give up, since many of the Japanese refused to. Third, it was a demonstration of what will happen if someone tries to rattle the biggest dog's cage.

On the matter of Ukraine, they separated themselves from the USSR/Russia because of Communism. Do you even know how Communism works? No freedom of speech, no single property is anyone's (it all belongs to the government), you are not in charge of your life, and unjust rules are easily able to put into place.

I'm sorry, but America was NOT the antagonist in WWII. They didn't even want to go in thanks to their losses from WWI. They fought Japan because they were attacked by them and they helped fight Germany because their allies were fighting them. Lastly, just because history is your favorite subject, that doesn't mean you are well informed on it.

We were originally British colonies - modern-day Ukraine was part of the USSR.
We broke away since we didn't get a say in the government - Ukraine broke away because of communism (which didn't give them much of a say, either).
We grew into a strong country - so did Ukraine (just not AS strong).
With these similarities now laid out for you, do you see why your statement simply isn't a one-size-fits-all?

When we ended the war in Afghanistan and were trying to get people out of there, terrorists detonated a car suicide bomb at the airport that killed over 100 people including 13 of our troops.

Some time shortly after that we used a drone to strike a car that had Afghan civilians/kids in and around it.

Our military / media said that they thought the car was going to be used for another suicide attack at the airport. Apparently the car was going around meeting people they claimed were terrorists. Turned out they weren't terrorists and containers that had been seen getting loaded into the car (that they had said they thought were explosives) were actually water. A secondary explosion nearby they initially thought were terrorist explosives going off I guess they now say was probably a propane or gas tank near the car.

I don't know what the Russian military and/or media told their citizens about why they bombed a hospital.

He has committed several war crimes and is going to do more here soon; he has intentionally killed civilians, illegally annexed parts of Ukraine, and is simply taking away the free-will of the Ukrainian people. The US' most infamous time of doing things remotely close to this was when they took the land from the Native Americans (I refuse to call them Indians because they are NOT Indian). In Vietnam, some American soldiers raped Vietnamese girls and when their higher-ups found out, they did NOT respond in a kind manner.

Also, Russia hasn't just bombed one hospital, in fact, in a matter of 12 hours he bombed 4 HOSPITALS. You mean to tell me that you think that the US accidentally killing a few children is even close to 4 hospitals? Those hospitals are full of men, women, AND children. I don't even know how many pregnant women have been forced to give birth to their children IN A GOD-FORSAKEN SUBWAY.

First of all, we were never talking about the Vietnam War. But, yes, the US, depending on your perspective, could be seen as the "bad guy".
BUT it did start because of the spread of communism and unless you understand just how bad communism actually is, you'll be stuck believing that the US started the war because "they felt like it". Some, not all, of the US soldiers were doing horrible things to the Vietnamese children.
