I would say most conservatives see that college is mostly a rip off and it has failed and discouraged young Americans by indoctrinating them to believe ridiculous shit like you always have to say.

And that black people were impoverished for generations due to discrimination in the workplace, segregation, etc. They were denied land and kept out of politics after the Civil War. Their communities never received reparations.

The government uses tax dollars to pay for settlement in numerous cases that had nothing too do with you. Don't see how this is much different. Really, we should just abolish oppressive institutions, and allow black people to build their communities unrestricted by private property.
