also i asked this question to kate but i don't know when she will respond, but how can some people like kraziness_all_the_way have mod in the cats stream without being a site wide moderator?

Original Moderator of cats stream was RayCat, who was made stream owner by the owner of Imgflip when that featured stream was created in October 2018.

Unfortunately RayCat deleted his account October 2019, but before he did that he passed on ownership of cats stream. After that a few users have been invited to be Stream Moderators along the way.

Except for what is now the fun stream (which goes back to June 2011) I believe all the other featured streams were created by the owner of Imgflip October 2018.

You gotta explain it to me. I didn't even know California had a civil war...

their was an election i think in 1882 and it got so heated that they wanted to split California in half that they went to a federal court to actually get it done but the us kept ignoring it and it never got done so it just kinda stayed together

in a way it kinda was it was like rioting going on and ppl fighting each other over this election and the country split politically and almost got the state split up over it
