They could do that but would they be fast enough to deploy before 096 gets to his target? What if the target who saw 096 is about many miles away from him just like that 096 video where he got triggered because of 4 pixels. SCP foundation can’t just get their location instantly even with all their high tech gear it takes time for them figure out where the target even is, while 096 already knows where they are.

But like you said once they find out who saw there face they kill them boom, breach of foundation secrecy has been contained.(but overall you do make some good points)

Also what if the person who saw his face is in a big city like New York? Deploying 096 in a big city area with tons of people who don’t know any better? Not a good aidea

I’m not saying deploying 096 is a good idea, i meant if the SCP foundation be able to deploy a squad to deal with the target who triggered 096, and yes that’s a very very bad idea.

Nothing, this have actually been tested before and it's specifically mentioned that scp 096 wont be docile until its victim is dead. So if the victim is killed before 096 gets it. It will just go back to being a finicky little bitch
