Unlikely, since the last time the ruble increased in value in a major way was when Putin took power. It lost massive amounts of its value after the fall of the Soviet Union, and it lost even more in 2008, when it invaded Georgia, in 2014, when it annexed Crimea, and even more now. It hasn't rebounded since a bloodless, slightly dislikes annexation of Crimea. I doubt it'll rebound after a full-scale, extremely bloody war, being the first war in Europe since the Yugoslav wars of the early 90s. Bad idea
