Well the only side effect I've noticed so far was a somewhat sore arm for 2 days.

Hell ya.

I've also not gotten covid... So there's that.

Man I cant tell you how many people I know at work who have gotten the shot and still came down with covid. Its proven to be ineffective.

It never was 100% effective and it's efficacy wanes over time. That has been proven.

You can still catch covid if vaccinated.
You can still be hospitalized if vaccinated. You can still die if vaccinated.
............But it is less likely.

Covid kills and hospitalizes a disproportionate amount of unvaccinated people.
