Cis stands for cisgender, it’s when your gender identity and assigned sex and birth are the same

Tbh I think it’s a joke, after understanding what cisgender is, only a small minority of cisgenders for these types of things and the majority support you guys if I understand correctly. Also, you can’t blame us for accidentally getting your pronouns wrong when you suddenly switch genders and don’t tell anyone.
