Tesla will beam a software update to 578,607 vehicles after acknowledging that its Boombox feature — which lets drivers blast various sounds outside their vehicle — does not comply with US safety regulations.

Boombox, introduced as part of a holiday software update in December 2020, lets drivers swap out their normal horn honk for sounds like a goat, La Cucaracha, or a custom song clip. And yes, one of the preset options is the most hilarious of all sounds: the fart.

So true yes he is a hero for America and many other places too. Whether it be publicly or sometime on the down low.

As to how he pushes the limits on his vehicles, I personally think it's kinda cool. He finds ways to do the features he wants that he thinks the consumer will like. Obviously he thinks outside the box.

And yes he is funny! With all those fart sounds coming out of his vehicles. He seems to enjoy pushing regulations as far as he can too, which is also cool.
