Not true. He actually supported the Free Syrian Army, which Putin and Assad wants everybody to THINK was with Al-Qaeda. Meanwhile, Iran fabricated the bullshit story of Obama sending John McCain to fund ISIS.

If Biden and co knew about Putin invading Ukraine for so long, why didn't they allow sanctions on Putin's pipeline?
