Why isn't he integral in Ukraine ?
I mean a guy that earned $80K a month over there all those years MUST speak the language, and really have his finger on the pulse of the energy market after he showed Burisma how best to spend their money.
PLUS, he's got quite an intimate relationship with the Ukraine prosecutors if needed....
