I thought 5 was already aggressive, 3 owners should be more than fine.

Why would a stream ever need more than 5 owners? Stream descriptions and moderators shouldn't change that often if the system isn't being misused.

Also I don't disagree with the idea of an owner limit BUT I think 5 is too little. I think that 15 or 20 is plenty and any stream that has more than that has too many

Just stating that you think 15 or 20 is better does not actually help us make a decision to change it. We would need a concrete reason WHY having more than 5 owners will positively benefit the Imgflip community. And if there really is a reason, then we would like to make the change, because ultimately we're interested in whatever will help the community most in the long term.

Can you give me concrete evidence why having 5 owners will actually help anything? The owners should be able to decide weather or not 5 owners is or isn't enough
Also creating the 5 owners rule has made msmg and other streams more dramafilled
If people want their stream to have 100 owners that should be their choice, not yours. People asked for group memechats, not this which has caused a lot of drama

hey i think it would be beneficial to the imgflip community if we could have head owner roles that add and remove owners. i think a maximum for head owners would be three in case one goes inactive. head owners could be picked by community/global mods to make sure they are good for the position. (head owners could also be called admins) and then increase the owner limit to about 7-9 and limit their abilities. for example all they can do is add moderators, remove moderators and update stream description. but they would not be able to remove other owners. that would the head owner/admins job. another duty of the owners would be to make/change/remove rules. but all the big decisions and powers/abilities would be with the head owners/admins.

Maybe it's a different feature you want then? Stream description is just supposed to describe the stream. What needs to update frequently? Should we add a feature for it?
