Picard - Well rounded leader that quite frankly has been through a lot(extreme torture, stupid move as a young adult that cost him his natural heart for an artificial one, guilt of not saving his best friend [and being in love with best friend's widow for the longest time], being forced into the Borg collective, and of course Wesley, Q and Children On The Bridge).
