Yep, and he made a big deal of "relaunching" the "cancer moon shot" because they didn't quite reach the moon when it was first launched in 2016.

Addendum - I forgot to say that this announcement is nothing more than a feel good program where it doesn't matter what, if any, results he gets. What matters is that he's TRYING to do something GOOD. In other words, he's going through the motions and grasping at straws in order to bump up his plummeting ratings.
