Guns arent the problem, criminals are 2 of My pals were beat to death in Chester pa by Repeat offenders. the one guy was a hippy looking for a bar so his band can play. he was beat to death for being white and had long hair.
the 7 killers , 4 did no time, others got 7 yrs did 2.
they went on to kill again.
