I did think about including a fetus, but I decided that a 90 year old and a fetus would end fast because a 90 year old would likely die of age, so it wouldn't be uncanny for too long.
Not sure if you mean a fetus inside or outside the womb.(?) But it might not last too long either way from that perspective either. A fetus removed would die relatively quickly... A fetus in the womb would be born relatively quickly.
