How much time would it take to hunt down all those license plates and then cut them up and put them together, etc.?

And all the very precise cutting.

Just the first line "God grant" seems to have 14 different plates.

Seems a little OBSESSIVE PSYCHO for someone claiming "Serenity", no?

I DON'T EVEN WANT TO KNOW what this person does now that he's FINISHED ...

You can actually purchase entire lots of old license plates on eBay. So for all we know everything there was legally acquired and constructed by Mike Pence in his spare time. Maybe those type of projects bring him serenity?

(And even the time... I mean....... If all the materials were there, I'd say that project would only take 2-3 days at most... maybe 1 depending on who. )
