Sadly if you read through big pharna history they have done and gotten away with shht just like this all throughout history. They never face justice, maybe some low level nobody(s) every now and then goes to jail (probably paid to take the fall)

In the 80s beyer pharmaceuticals, knowing a batch of hemophilia injections had been tainted with hiv, and instead of pulling it off the market and destroying it they pulled it off the market in america and dumped it overseas.
