How do you make these without the patchwork look. Let me show you

I use the Picsart app on my Samsung Galaxy phone. Then I upload a pic, and then search for a sticker of what I want to paste, (in that case o searched Billy Idol). If I can't find anything that works, I just upload another pic that will work, cut it out manually with the cutout option, and then paste the cutout where I want it. You can really do alot with that app!
