I vote NO-----------For the following reasons. 1. Someone (the person running it) has to have a YouTube Account. Which is ties to an email address,which probably ties to other accounts. So, myself, I'm not setting up (yet another ) alt G-mail or Yahoo account for you-Tube, which would be tied to my cell phone number, and potential exposure to malicious users on this site.) 2. Myself, I'm not putting my "actual face" and voice on it for privacy reasons. 3. Every Administration would have to pick/ elect 'someone' who would run the YouTube Channel. Ideally, it should be the stream Owner, if Scar is the Owner, then s/he could have done this on his/her own w/o anyone voting on it. 4. This stream is already a serious time-eater. Already am struggling to keep up with it. Myself don't need Extra Extra.

This is just an aside, "if" this passes and gets approved, depending on who "owns" the YouTube Channel, in the event it is successful it could be monetized. Then who gets the money? Someone wants to do this on their own the should go for it. Someone, like Scar, or a real veteran of this stream with some savvy could actually make real $$.
