It isn’t unchangeable. You just can’t completely get rid of it, because it happens too often where every 2 months the basic rules change.

The Common Sense Constitution is the law of the land. No law or Amendment can be in contradiction to the Constitution. Articles of the Common Sense Constitution cannot be edited or repealed

Yes but if you follow the correct system you can amend the constitution, you cannot however repeal it.

Article 16:
Section 2:

“Amendments to the Constitution can be voted on by Congress. They must pass a 2/3 majority in both Congress and Senate and be enacted by the President. If it fails to meet any of these requirements, the Amendment does not go into effect. Similarly, Amendments can be repealed”
