Who brainwashed you into believing rich = smart and poor = dumb? How many inventors of the past who have changed and bettered the lives of all died in absolute poverty?

You missed how my statement didn't imply rich equals smart. It only implied that smart people should be able to comprehend the value of our system comparative to others.

Obviously a starving artist might be a poor genius. I'm saying most of those people probably came to first world capitalist countries instead of staying in their shithole countries that were based on socialist or facist ideas and thus understand the value of a system where even the poor aren't that poor. Feel free to find me some genius inventors from socialist countries who stayed there and I'll give you a hundred to one in capitalist countries. Maybe the inventor thing was a poor choice of example for you lol

A UN observer said in 2017 that millions of the poorest in this country live in “third world conditions of absolute poverty”. Conservatives want to bitch about how poor people have refrigerators (but most likely don’t own them) so they are obviously lying about their suffering and we need to take the mat from under their feet by taking away welfare and other benefits.

Ever consider that the U.S. might have something to do with why socialist countries have less? Because we are very hostile in trade?
