Anything but votes and polls. It doesn't work, we make the worst decisions when we leave it to random people.
After Mega's purge, we came up with the idea of 3 main owners or sumting. They were `selected` -not elected- by what they'd done to save the stream. Which was a good idea because it was people everyone respected for actually working.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to give it another shot. Given that we don't leave it to elections and turn into mini-presidents stream.

Polls to make and remove Owners, or to choose a form of administrating specifically are too controversial.

Polls like the one made to decide if Government should be kept out of MSmg is a good decision.

Just like the poll to remove mine and Darmug's owner, which got 3 votes or something. I didn't even know such a poll existed before it was decided and acted upon.

If owners aren't made with public polls, they shouldn't be removed with them. These things are better decided with people who understand the problem instead of "Yes" and "No" comments from random people.

yeah i feel like it's more difficult to resolve something like this cuz this stream doesn't want to get political. a lot of the solutions i've seen are just establishing a democracy or dictatorship

It can't exactly be a Dictatorship, in the typical sense of the word. Ever.
Look at y o u , a "dictator" can't shut your mouth if you believe they're wrong.
Look at other owners, really think they'd let a "dictator" get away with `dictating` anything slightly off?

We've seen enough for everyone to understand what's happening and take action, and for any chosen head owner to even think of acting as a tyrant.

There's a reason no owner removes all others for control, it's impossible to ''rule'' if you come with a bad intention.

We do find solutions, we always have up 'til now haven't we?
The person who makes more sense, and is better able to convey his ideas and is clear about what's needed, is the person we listen to. Then they're also held responsible for anything that goes wrong.

It does get hot sometimes, but we're never on each other's throats. Everyone understands that everyone else wants to solve the problem too.
