I don't know how you got that from, you're trying to put words in my mouth.

What I am questioning is what use is the FDA, and how reliable are there approvals when the only data they review is what Big Pharma gives them. We already know for a fact that Big Pharma WILL lie or hide adverse data from the FDA.

The FDA has a $6 billion dollar budget, $2.6 billion which comes from user fees. They do no testing or research of their own. What are they using that money for?

My inference is that you want the FDA to fully test all new drugs to the market. This would require a significant increase FDA budget (way over a $6 billion budget). Bigger FDA equals bigger government.
