They have medical facilities and 2 doctors on site, i'm not there, so i can only refer you to the report. How is the vaccine working if the got infected with the virus ?

That's impossible. A vaccine is not and was never supposed to be a magic barrier that a virus couldn't get through.

Vaccines boost your immune system so that it responds more rapidly to an infection than you would on your own, shortening the window of transmissibility and lowering the severity of the disease. Indeed, the body's active immune response doesn't even engage until AFTER dead cells turn up in your lymphatic system - that's what your tonsils and spleen do. It's by design. That's ALWAYS been how vaccines work.

And that's what's happened here.

You're not listening. You CAN'T stop infections entirely. You CAN reduce infections and fatalities by vaccinating.

You're holding them to a standard they were never supposed to live up to. Not during smallpox, not during measles, not during anything. Vaccines don't do that. Nothing does. Viruses are too small.

But the point is that all these measures they took saved probably one of their lives and likely saved all of their lungs, heart, and liver. And to boot, allowed their science research to continue, nuissanced at worst but not disrupted. If they hadn't done all this, the news report would be much more grim.

So, that would make the vaccines doing their job, now, wouldn't it.

Like i said, they had strict protocols in place that included inoculation, testing and quarantine. But you already knew that, thats why you removed my ability to reply to you. If you think its safe then by all means take it. But don't moan months down the line that you had no idea the damage its caused, because there is plenty of evidence mounting up daily that proves otherwise. I hope you're smart enough to see through the propaganda in the end, and if you aren't/wasn't, then i hope you make it through whats coming.

Well, no, it's not that convenient because they have to self-isolate on an already remote base for a few days. But, as you say, I wasn't there so I don't know if one of the tests was done in a sloppy way or a machine wasn't calibrated - there's lots of ways this could have happened. That's why there's ALSO vaccines AND quarantining in case one thing in the chain of safety checks goes wrong. When it comes to safety, redundancy isn't a bug, it's a feature.
