GOP Congressional propagandist is all for 1st Amendment rights if it allows her to spread her own insane BS to the masses but cries foul after Twitter exercises their own 1st Amendment rights and legally shuts her down.

How is tweeting VAERS statistics from government website (https://vaers.hhs.gov) "her own insane BS"?

It was her latest claim on Twitter that there's been an "extremely high amount of Covid vaccine deaths" that earned her a fifth "strike" and got her personal account permantently banned. She was temporarily suspended twice before for spreading misinformation about Covid and the vaccine

How is data taken from .gov website, misinformation?

How is 21,002 deaths not considered 'extremely high' when in the past vaccines would be pulled if resulted in 2 to 3 deaths?

MTG cited data that's purely anecdotal and has never been verified by the FDA or any other government agency. VAERS accepts reports of adverse events from anyone but the data on it is always UNVERIFIED.

There is a Disclaimer right on their site that states in part..."VAERS reports alone cannot be used to determine if a vaccine caused or contributed to an adverse event or illness. The reports may contain information that is incomplete, inaccurate, coincidental, or unverifiable. In large part, reports to VAERS are voluntary, which means they are subject to biases. This creates specific limitations on how the data can be used scientifically. Data from VAERS reports should always be interpreted with these limitations in mind."

Only censorship if done by a governmental agency. Courts will have to answer if it done on "behalf" of a government entity, does that constitute a violation of the constitution. As of now, it does not.
