But the meme is true. They taught till 2014 the Nazi's were mass killers and wanted to turn Ukrainians into slaves when they won.

Back in WWII the Ukrainians had every reason to prefer the Nazis. After WWII the communist party controlled what was taught.

Ukrainian collaborators were also being trained to be overseers of the Ukrainians being made into Nazi Slaves after they won. The Nazis lost and people were better off without them.
