Okay so, I've been summoned once again and thus here am I, against the ships (which are Enterprise and Prinz Eugen) and the dragon, these tanks can win pretty easily, the main tactic for the tanks to eliminate these three is by ambushing them, the ships and dragon may have great visibility, but only against unobstructed objects, the tanks can use some camouflage paints and netting, and just wait for the targets to arrive, or make tactical movements prioritizing stealth and swiftness, against both Enterprise and Prinz Eugen, the M1A2 SEP TUSK can be used, but it would've been an overkill because the M829A3 round it would be firing would be way more than enough against a human with battleship body armour, it is a depleted uranium round that can penetrate up to 800mm of armor, this would've been more than enough against the mere 80mm of the Prinz Eugen and the 101mm of Enterprise, to take out both Enterprise and Prinz Eugen quickly, the tanks can attack at the same time at both of them, 2 engaging Prinz Eugen and 2 engaging Enterprise, for the dragon, this is where the wheeled one comes in handy, that 'tank' is an M1296 Stryker Dragoons, it is armed with the 30mm Bushmaster II autocannon, the reason why I chose this one is that the other tanks weren't able to elevate their guns high enough to properly aim at the flying dragon, and the rate of fire is also higher making it easier to make another shot if the first one didn't hit the target, several bullets of High Explosive Incendiary Tracer (HEI-T) should be enough to bring down the roughly business jet sized dragon, and now we turn the attention to the last target, Goku.
Now, while Goku's really strong, but that doesn't mean he can't be defeated, so from a little bit of digging on the official wiki (I'm sorry) and using some logical reasoning, he had the powers, but he wouldn't be able to utilize them if he doesn't know where the enemies are, so the previous ambush tactic can be put to use here, simply attack him when he least expect it, preferably using the aforementioned M829A3 straight into him, in this fight against him I advise using every advantage these tanks possess, just one small mistake and Goku would've a significantly higher chance of countering the tanks, and then at that moment the fight's difficulty would be at the same level as one of Skyrim's boss battle, just make sure he doesn't know the tanks were even there.
