I'm sure a sincere exchange of vows will appease the Almighty. Romeo and Juliette were about that age and they killed themselves when split apart. Mary was 13 too iirc, and she didn't need her parents' permission. Then again she neither had sex nor got married. Kind of an awkward 0 night stand.

Prolly the best course of action would be to own our flawed nature and ask forgiveness for our sins rather than seeking permission in the first place. Striving for perfection smacks of hubris. We were made weak and fallible. May as well embrace it.
