The approval system has been broken for a long time. It shouldn't take over 10 hours to get a meme featured.

I certainly understand that mods have their own life. However, as I have been here for some years, I have noticed when it comes to the Politics stream, there indeed seems to be a conscious habit among mods to give extended waits to
submitted memes with conservative, libertarian and independent slants. I have offered to serve as a mod there, but apparently being a female Constitutionalist Libertarian apparently doesn't interest them. You may wish to check out the Real_Politics or Conservative stream for future submissions. Good luck and good memeing :)

Hey Spurs, glad to see you back! I'm sorry your meme took so long to feature. It might seem like some memers are given priority over others but that's simply not the case. Some streams are auto featured, some are approval only and others like fun, politics and other streams are set to auto approve images that appear SFW and we manually approve the ones that are left. There are hundreds of submissions a day that we have to read through on the main streams so sometimes the wait is longer than on user owned streams. I've requested that we get more frequent reminders that's there's submissions awaiting approval. I agree that 10 hours is much too long. Hope you're well.

There was also a big flood of them because of the shutdowns the last two years.
