i can hardly do 1st grade math (im in 8th, year 9 in britain)

I’m in 9th and gonna take 11th grade math next semester. Unfortunately, a frenemy of mine got to take his 11th grade math this semester, so he’s doing precalc next semester and I’m really jealous

You're smart. I'm in the second lowest set of maths so im only understanding the equivalent of about 6th to 7th grade math :(

also my teacher is in hospital or something and the subs dont even check our work so we havent done any actual learning for about 2 months
some kids were playing clash of clans on their phones
there was a very intense Go Fish tournament one week with the 2 rows in front of me
There were drawing competitions, the seating plan went right out the window
its great but i do sometimes wish for some discipline in the classroom...
