People are starving because of society, not the government. Not enough people care about them.

Also i'd say it's better a few people starve than all of us do

But mutual aid, which communist societies operate on, has successfully fought famines in the past and prevented deaths from starvation. The reason people starve under capitalism is because property owners possess most of the resources and people do not have free access to basic necessities.
