Dark Humour is subjective - some could easily fit into another stream
I would like to know what subjects you would put into this stream (and which subjects you would disapprove of ? I still haven't worked it out myself - why are only the very few marked as nsfw ?
I am a UK Mod in Cats and in Dogs and I am unsure about some of those submissions :~)

Further Thought:
It's Dark Humour if it makes you recoil in disgust .... but then you smile.
It's not, if you don't find it offensive but It makes you 'Laugh Out Loud'
(I find the an interesting topic from a psychological perspective)

I would just say things that a dark, like the Bert and Ernie memes, or other things that are dark that other people could relate to.

And for non-dark things it would just be things that do not seem dark, I don’t know 🤷‍♂️

And your flags get disapproved every time. Every meme you flag has something else in it to make it funny and dark, you flagged the Hellen Keller meme which was making fun of her being blind and deaf. Please don’t be so sensitive, this is dark humor after all

I would generally consider any jokes involving "cancellable" or otherwise disgusting topics
such as rape/sexual perversion, murder/death/suicide, poop, piss, cannibalism, terrorism, racism, sexism, basically any "ism" as dark and that is more or less what I see here so..... Good job I guess.

Drugs alone don't necessarily seem "dark" unless it's involving an overdose imo but idk.

I noticed in the headline for the stream it says something to the effect trying to make this section great again.. how was it here before??? When? And before what? How is it different now? I haven't been coming here for that long so idk these things.

Ok so to answer the bottom question of yours brother, long ago we had a glorious dark humor stream with no irrelevant posts or submissions. And we are trying to restore that, we get so many irrelevant not dark humor submissions that we have to disapprove daily and occasionally they slip past a mod’s eye and get approved. We’re trying to end all of that. Not to mention we deal with people who get offended at everything and flag it. Thanks for sticking around in the stream and hopefully we’ll all see the day it’s normal again.

I've been posting here for about 3 years and shall continue to post.
I shall try to follow the spirit of the rules and come up with some hopefully dark themes.

I mentioned before that I am a UK mod in the cats stream - you would think that would be straight forward.

The name 'cats stream' is a big clue but it doesn't stop people posting blatantly non cat memes so I understand how trying it can be to be a mod (but I love it !)

I forgot you mod the cats stream, and most(the only exception is msmg)moderations aren’t straightforwards there’s always someone posting irrelevant things to the stream, keep on rocking dude 🤘🏻

Well, I have noticed that lately this stream has got more and more approved low-effort, non-dark memes. There are still some good ones tho.

What I'm seeing is some kids who think their stuff is "dark" when it's about at the level of "OMG! I saw my sister's panties!"
