Only time will tell. Cancer rates are going up across the board (you can find this data if you look for it). If a vaccine makes a person get cancer a year or two after they take it, it I'd very hard to find it in a two month safety study.

No one knows. No one has studied any of this, so everything is anecdotal at this point. We might not know for years.
