So how about this: if a user has ever voted in a previous election, followed an IP-related stream (bank, DMV, ImgflipGovernment, etc.), and posted any content anywhere on the site in the last three days (to prove they're active) then they can vote. Is that ok?

I'm not sure how we can measure that because it would take an impractically heavy amount of digging to find evidence of a conversation happening between every user that voted. What if a conversation happened several days ago? It's impossible to enforce.

I'm starting to question why I made all of these changes to the vote for you just so that you can keep making these bizarre and unreasonable demands. EDIT: After consulting with Leage_of_jay I've decided to change this proposed law so that you have to follow two weeks before the election instead of one week (and this edit was made before anyone voted).
