In your meme, you were saying that we gave up on, deserted, and let down the Afghans in Afghanistan.
I am saying we spent 300 million dollars per DAY on them for 20 years, left a bunch of equipment there for the Afghan soldiers to fight the Taliban, their "president" still immediately tucked his tail and fled the country as soon as we left, and the Taliban almost immediately re-took control of the Afghanistan government.
The whole thing was a waste of time, $$, lives, and another 20 years there would've made no difference as far as the outcome. We either stay there and continue dumping our money into the sand, risking the lives of American Troops to prop up a democracy we tried to install.. or.. we leave and put AMERICA FIRST which is what Biden did. It clearly did not go very smoothly and their country is basically f*cked now but we have our own problems to deal with such as mental illness, homelessness, drug addiction/overdoses, and random shootings all the time.
I also disagree with your assessment of Biden "hurting the economy". Unemployment is down down down and the stock market continues hitting all time highs....... Both of these were used as metrics to claim the previous president was doing a great job for the economy..... but now all of a sudden people are ignoring them and trying to claim inflation/ the price of oil are actually the economy. Interesting how quickly the goalposts can be moved.
