There have been so many lies that I felt I had to consolidate them into one stage. And look at it like this: stage 5 never stopped, as the following stages began.
I also struggled with all the sickening hypocrisy. But isn't setting a standard, stating it should apply to all, and then not following it, also a lie? So I consider hypocrisy thrown in at stage 5.
Finally, the unpleasant number 13 seemed appropriate for these last two years of needless suffering, death, and the world's descent into a new dark age. Hence I fully admit that I force-fit it all into 13 stages.
