Well, it should be pretty easy :
She may have been strong, but only against other Azur Lane characters, against something outside of that she's pretty below average imo, she has some armor yes but she'd be incredibly slow due to her defense's weight, so just running around her and shooting her from the back should be enough to eliminate her, she may have a massive health pool but rapid fire can easily drain that quickly, the M2HB is a good choice for this considering the gun's caliber size and fire rate (12,7mm and 600 rounds/min)
Her defenses is also not that great either, it may have been 1020mm thick at most, but it's an old generation of armor so let's say that it's cut in half, so 510mm, that armor thickness can be easily penetrated by an RPG-7 with it's PG-7VL warhead (510mm(ish) vs 510mm, just enough), it also does not cover her 360°, an easy grenade toss to her feet can eliminate her, her attacks also suffered from the same drawbacks, it's too cumbersome, and can only be effective at range, so just stay close to her and her guns would have a hard time targeting you, and her planes would also struggle because they risk actually killing her in an airstrike due to her proximity to you, if she somehow gained some distance away from you (she'd have to go kilometers away to get an advantage), strike her with an anti-ship missile, her AA guns are from WW2 and she definitely doesn't have CIWS, so even the old P-15 Termit can deal with her in a swarm, let alone something modern such as AGM-84, P-800, C-802, etc.
So in this battle, you have a great chance of achieving a resounding victory.
