Permitted protest. They had the First Amendment-protected right to be there & did everything right. There was no violence until psychotic leftists assaulted them. There still would not have been a serious problem if the police did their jobs.

This meme is wrong on several levels:

1) It implies that fringe identify politics speech is general conservative speech, which is false

2) It implies that only fringe identity politics speech is targeted for censorship, which is false

3) It fails to account for leftist identity politics speech, which is part of mainstream leftist discourse, is racist, but is not censored; in fact, it is embraced

To be fair, we shouldn't expect you to account for #3 in your meme, but it is still relevant to the larger discussion.
