Why not? Seems pretty simple that we can. It’s a case about trying to find out who did what.

I try to look at these arguments to determine what actually happened before jumping to conclusions rather than immediately handing out punishments and asking questions later if at all. As stated in the reply I had already made, it’s not the witnesses problem, information is moving so fast and I can’t be everywhere at once. It’s easy to get confused.

Well then you definitely didn’t take the full context. It’s blatantly a comment comparing the use of witnesses. The fact that the word “murder” is in it doesn’t change anything.

The circumstances however, make the context confusing. Take this in for a second.

Internet drama has no relation to murder. If you have evidence on the internet, people will believe you. Without evidence, who's gonna believe you. In the case of murder however, you have the benefit of the doubt when it comes to bringing up and accusing someone of murder. However, not all people will believe you until you have solid evidence on the case.
