Modern liberalism can't co-exist with the concept of personal responsibility because if your own negative actions (or inactions) can lead to negative or no results, then you can't just chalk everything up to racism, sexism or a billionaire keeping you in the dirt.
There's a meme further down about an article where some schools wanted to ban exams because black kids tended to fail the most -- well if the kids weren't studying then no amount of money you throw at the schools or crys of racism is going to change anything -- which are the foundations to all liberal policy.
