No. Vaccines work WITH the immune system. A vaccine gives your body a dummy copy of the virus to practice on; people with compromised immune systems can't do anything with that. Vaccines work best with people with functioning immune systems and for you to miss the point is for you to show that you've learned nothing about what a vaccine is.
