Rittenhouse Defamation

Publicly calling someone a White Supremacist is defamatory if not true.

Rittenhouse wasn't a public figure before the shooting either, and the lies told about Rittenhouse are even worse than the ones told about Sandman. Anthony and OJ couldn't sue because they wouldn't have been able to prove what was said about them was false.

He became a public figure BECAUSE he shot and killed people. Now that may suck for him somewhat, but perhaps maybe lesson learned and not do it again and the press reporting what he didn't do the next time won't be a concern?

By that logic Sandman became a public figure after the incident with Nathan Phillips that lead to the medias lies about him. Also there is a massive difference between the colloquial definition of public figure and the legal definition of public figure. At most you could maybe call Rittenhouse a limited purpose public figure, but that is kind of stretching it.

Sandman didn't shoot and kill people. Rittenhouse did. Pointing that fact out is not defamation - unless someone else was the perpetrator and you're privy to that information, in which case you should contact the proper authorities. Kyle will surely appreciate that. Probably.

Those dumbf**ks wouldn't have gotten shot if they weren't retarded enough to go after a guy with an AR-15. An AR-15 which Rittenhouse was carrying legally in that state. He lives 25 minutes away from the area, works In the area and his father lives there. True, but they falsely claimed that Rittenhouse was motivated by white supremacist hate even though there was zero evidence for it. The scum Rittenhouse sent to hell that night were white, and one of them was a convicted felon illegally carrying. Rittenhouse would probably be dead if he didn't open fire.

Those people - 3 - would not have been shot if he wasn't there to shoot them because math.

And unless there's a record of this being but one in a series of concerned citizen events he went to volunteer at (illegally carrying a rifle, no less!), his reasons - as supported by his 'Kumbaya humming' supporters - for being at THAT event are a tad suspect.
