If an armed society was a polite society, the USA would be the most polite society on the planet. We're far from it.

Strict gun control states = criminals more armed than law abiding citizens = not so polite

Open carry states like mine = law abiding citizens more armed than criminals = pretty darn polite society

Ever been to a place where 15 or 20% of the law abiding population wears a visible sidearm and another 15 or 20% carry a concealed weapon? When armed criminals are out numbered by armed law abiding citizens it’s a funny thing how the criminals suddenly don’t want to commit crimes.
